AIREX Technologies

AI-first product engineering

Most enterprise AI never reaches the floor.
Ours ships with the system.

We build the platforms that run factories, warehouses, hospitals and campuses — and we advise the teams who operate them. Intelligence sits in the domain layer from the first sprint, because a model that isn't wired to the work is just an opinion.

Day oneAI in the domain layer
One continuous isometric ridge of eight coloured structures, one for each AIREX platform — a production line, a sensor field, an inspection lot, warehouse racking, a ward, a workforce staircase, campus terraces and a security lattice.

One portfolio

Eight platforms, eight colours, one spine.

Each structure here is a different product — and the colour it is drawn in is the colour it carries everywhere else on this page.

How we work

Three things, done properly.

Not fourteen service lines. A product business, a consulting practice, and the programme that keeps both staffed.

01 · Platforms

Software we own and you keep

Eight products built for operational work, deployed and configured to how you actually run — with ownership and licensing agreed per engagement.

  • Domain modelling and service architecture
  • Deployment on your cloud or your metal
  • Licensing that suits the engagement

02 · Consulting

Advice that ends in something running

IT and software strategy, cyber security across both IT and the plant network, and demand generation measured on pipeline.

  • Architecture review and modernisation
  • VAPT, zero-trust and OT/ICS security
  • SEO, performance marketing, attribution

03 · Academy

The bench that makes the rest possible

Three- and six-month programmes across full-stack, AI, cloud and security. Graduates ship real product work under senior review.

  • Real repositories, real code review
  • Full-stack, AI, cloud, cyber security
  • Feeds directly into delivery teams

How it fits together

From a sensor on a machine to a decision someone acts on.

Every platform we build sits on the same spine. Signals come off the floor, survive the network, land in the domain layer where the intelligence lives, and come back out as something a person can act on inside their shift.

Two robotic arms working either side of a production line.
The AIREX operations spine Four layers left to right: sources on the shop floor, in the warehouse, hospital and campus; edge gateways that buffer through network outages; the platform layer holding the eight products with the AI domain layer beneath them; and the decision layer of live dashboards, predictive alerts and copilot actions. 01 · SOURCES 02 · EDGE 03 · PLATFORM 04 · DECISIONS Machines, PLCs, metersShop floor Scanners, RFID, conveyorsWarehouse Devices, records, theatresHospital Attendance, timetable, feesCampus Edge gateway OPC-UA · MQTT Buffers on outage The eight platforms OPTIMES · MES Connected Assets Quality & Compliance HALO WMS KyberCare · HMS PeopleVue · HRMS SchoolERP Plant & Network Defence AI domain layer · from the first sprint Live OEE & dashboardsPlanner, supervisor Predictive alertsMaintenance, quality Copilot actionsReschedule, reroute, flag
Signals in on the left, decisions out on the right. The eight platforms share one spine, which is why an MES deployment and a WMS deployment are not two separate integrations.

Platforms

Eight products. Each one runs something real.

Every platform carries its own colour through this page — on its rule, its label and its drawing. The drawing is of what the software actually does.

Manufacturing execution · MES

OPTIMES

The system of record for what is happening on the floor. Plants, lines, stations and routes; work orders and WIP through every operation; two-way SAP sync; live OEE by line, shift and cause. The copilot reads telemetry and raises the maintenance call before the line stops.

  • Order & WIP
  • OEE
  • SAP sync
  • Operator terminals

Industrial IoT · Asset intelligence

Connected Assets

The layer underneath everything else. Machines, PLCs, sensors and meters on one telemetry backbone over OPC-UA, Modbus and MQTT, with edge gateways that buffer through an outage and stream when it clears. Then condition monitoring, fault prediction and a live digital twin.

  • OPC-UA / MQTT
  • Edge buffering
  • Predictive
  • Digital twin

Quality management · QMS

Quality & Compliance

Inspection enforced in-process rather than reconstructed afterwards. Defects captured at the station by operator or vision model, then routed to rework, scrap or concession with the decision recorded. NCR and CAPA, SPC that catches drift while it is still correctable, traceability from serial back to batch.

  • In-process
  • NCR / CAPA
  • SPC
  • Traceability

Warehouse management · WMS

HALO WMS

Multi-warehouse, multi-tenant operations across inbound, putaway, storage, picking, despatch and returns. RFID and barcode throughout, wave and batch picking on optimised paths, cycle counting without closing the aisle. Slotting and replenishment decided against live demand. Runs on-premise where that is the requirement.

  • Slotting
  • Pick paths
  • RFID
  • On-prem

Hospital management · HMS

KyberCare

A multi-tenant hospital information system that scales from a single clinic to a network without changing platform. Registration, OP and IP flows, bed and theatre scheduling, electronic records, pharmacy, laboratory and radiology, billing and insurance claims. AI handles triage priority and practitioner scheduling; audit trail and consent are built in.

  • EHR
  • OP / IP
  • Pharmacy & lab
  • Claims

Human resources · HRMS

PeopleVue

The whole employee lifecycle in one system: recruitment and onboarding, shift rosters and attendance from biometric or mobile capture, leave, payroll with Indian statutory compliance, performance and exit. Built for plants where the roster and the production schedule have to agree.

  • Hire to retire
  • Rostering
  • Payroll
  • Statutory

Education · School ERP

SchoolERP

Multi-branch, multi-board administration on one tenant model. Admissions and enquiries, timetabling, attendance, examinations and report cards, fee collection with reconciliation, transport and hostel, library, and parent and staff apps. Each branch keeps its own calendar, board and fee structure while the trust sees everything.

  • Admissions
  • Timetable
  • Exams
  • Fees

Security engineering · OT & IT

Plant & Network Defence

Enterprise IT and the plant network are different problems. We segment them properly, and we work the OT side where a badly placed scan stops a line and an unsegmented network stops a business. Zero-trust identity, secure code review, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and DPDP readiness, incident response you have actually rehearsed.

  • OT / ICS
  • Zero trust
  • VAPT
  • ISO 27001

Services

Consulting, led by the people who build.

Each practice is run by engineers who have operated the systems they advise on — which is why the advice tends to arrive with a working answer attached.

IT & Software Consulting

For a platform that has outgrown its design, or a build that has stopped moving. We read the system honestly and leave you a route out.

  • Architecture and system health review
  • Legacy modernisation, phased
  • Build-vs-buy with the maths shown
  • Delivery governance and CI/CD

Cyber Security Consulting

Both sides of the fence — the corporate network and the plant floor, which fail in completely different ways.

  • VAPT and secure code review
  • Zero-trust network and identity
  • OT / ICS security for plants
  • ISO 27001, SOC 2, DPDP readiness

Digital Marketing

Run by the same people who build the analytics, so reporting is wired to what happened rather than to what a dashboard will claim.

  • Technical SEO and content strategy
  • Performance marketing
  • Attribution and conversion tracking
  • B2B lead generation

Custom Software

Line-of-business systems built to one company's process rather than to the average of a thousand.

  • CRM, LMS, portals, field apps
  • Integration and API layers
  • React, React Native, .NET, FastAPI
  • Built around your process

Cloud & DevOps

Kubernetes, containerisation and infrastructure as code — with release pipelines that stop being an event.

  • Cloud migration and cost work
  • IaC and environment parity
  • Observability and on-call
  • On-prem and hybrid

Data & Analytics

Warehouses, pipelines and decision dashboards that read from the systems of record, not from somebody's export folder.

  • Pipelines and modelling
  • Operational dashboards
  • Forecasting and anomaly detection
  • Governance and lineage

About

Who we are

AIREX Technologies is an AI-first product engineering company based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. We build enterprise software end to end and consult on the decisions around it — what to modernise, what to secure, what to measure.

The team is small and senior, led by engineers with around two decades of shipping production systems. The person who designs your architecture is the person who builds it; there is no account-management layer between you and the work.

We are AI-first by conviction rather than by marketing. Intelligence goes where it changes an outcome — scheduling, detection, prediction, routing — and comes out again where it does not. A feature earns its place if it changes what an operator, planner or clinician does next; anything that only looks good in a walkthrough does not ship.

Everything we build is designed for the conditions these systems actually run in: gloves, glare, noise, intermittent networks, and plants where the link to head office drops for an afternoon and work has to continue anyway.
